What type of Medical Qi Gong practice does Doctor Loop employ?

Doctor Loop practices many energetic forms of healing  that combine many of the wisdom traditions he has extensively studied: Chinese Medicine, Ayurvedic Medicine, Tantra, Yoga and Taoism. One of his main forms of practice is called the JinJing Gong (Tendon and Channel QiGong), which is one of China’s pure alchemical life science traditions. According to one of its main lineage holders in the West, Heiner Fruehauf, Phd, LAc (also Dr. Loop’s main herbal and qi gong mentor and founder of his medical school): “Qi Gong is the ancient means and practice of Qi cultivation. The cultivation of one’s Qi, or vital energy, is an important part of yangsheng, or nourishing life.”

Qi Gong is a form of Chinese energetic self-healing that is often prescribed according to an overall individualized diagnosis and treatment plan in Classical Chinese Medicine to restore Whole Health Empowerment. Yet it can also be part of an overall preventative practice to maintain harmony and wellness in the body-mind-spirit complex.
