What is Oriental Medicine?

Oriental Medicine is a comprehensive health care system encompassing a variety of traditional health care therapies that have been used fro more than 3000 years to diagnose and treat illness, prevent disease and improve well being.

Acupuncture is one of the essential elements of Oriental Medicine.

What is Qi Gong

Qi Gong is a sophisticated self-healing meditation and dance that has active and passive aspects which are elegant, restorative and invigorating.

Qi Gong  (or alternatively chi gung or chi kung) is an ancient form of gentle, rhythmic exercise accompanied with directed breathing techniques that help to cultivate one’s Qi, or vital energy system.  Qi is the animating force of everything in existence and is an important part of nourishing yang sheng, or nourishing life and promoting longevity and strengthening immunity.
