One of his main forms of practice is called the JinJing Gong (Tendon and Channel QiGong), which is one of China’s pure alchemical life science traditions. According to one its main lineage holders in the West, Heiner Freuhauf, Phd, LAc (also Dr. Loop’s main herbal and qi gong mentor and founder of his medical school): “Qi Gong is the ancient means and practice of Qi cultivation. The cultivation of one’s Qi, or vital energy, is a important part of yangsheng, or nourishing life.”
Qi Gong is a form a Chinese energetic self-healing that is often prescribed according to an overall individualized diagnosis and treatment plan in Classical Chinese Medciine to restore Whole Health Empowerment. Yet it can also be part of an overall preventative practice to maintain harmony and wellness in the body-mind-spirit complex.
